The Blessed Hope App ("we", "us") operates the Blessed Hope mobile application and related services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Limited profile information may be visible to other church members through the member directory, subject to the privacy settings you control in the app. We use trusted service providers to deliver functionality — such as email and SMS delivery, push notifications, database hosting, and AI processing — who handle data only on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law.
We keep your information while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time at blessedhopechurch.org/account/delete or from within the app. Requests are processed within 30 days. Certain financial records may be retained where required for lawful record-keeping.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access.
The app is intended for use by church members and their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental or guardian involvement.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the "last updated" date above will be revised.
